FAQ

Yes! We handle all of your site service needs. We can provide restrooms, trailers, sinks, or fences for any purpose. We handle construction sites, long-term rentals, and more!

Quotes are provided same day for most projects. Larger or more complex events may require an additional day. We aim to provide the fastest service at all times, and quotes are always free!

Event duration, guest count, and alcohol service impact the number of porta potties or trailers needed. We generally recommend one stall per 50 guests or staff (i.e. 8 porta potties or 8 stall trailer for a 400 person event). Our experienced staff will work with you to make sure you have the right amount of equipment for your event.

We primarily serve all cities and towns in Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties. We can provide services for other areas in Northern California upon request.

Please let us know if your site is difficult to access (dirt roads, steep inclines, low tree cover, etc.). We may request a site visit for more difficult to access locations.

Power – 30 AMP hookup or a generator are required to run the restroom trailer AC. Generators can be rented at an additional expense.

Water – not required for 1-2 day events, but may be needed for longer events. Our team will confirm on-site water availability or offer water service for an additional cost.

Sewer – we handle all sewage pumping for your restroom trailers or portable toilets. No hookup is required. 

Yes – we offer ADA friendly restroom trailers and portable toilets. Please let us know if this is a requirement. Please note some public events may have to meet ADA standards.

We will set up the restrooms, provide paper products and soap, and provide cleaning at the end of event or periodically for longer events. We can provide an attendant to keep the restrooms clean and stocked during the event if desired for an additional cost. 

We work with a network of local rental and service providers to deliver on our projects and provide the most flexible resources for events big and small. We thoroughly vet all contractors and maintain the highest level of quality in the marketplace.
